65West AI Image Generator (ZT/K2) - Version 1.0.1
Public Demo Release
====================================================

This package is the public release of 65West AI Image Generator
(ZT/K2). It retains the complete local Z-Image Turbo and Krea 2 Turbo workflows
and adds the tested fail-closed Demo watermarking and production licensing.

PUBLIC DEMO AND LICENSING
-------------------------
- Demo mode is fully functional.
- Every completed Demo image is stamped with a translucent tiled 65West logo.
- The watermark is written into displayed images, Session History images,
preserved original-size variants, manual saves, and automatic saves.
- A valid perpetual license removes the watermark from future generations.
- A license may be active on two devices and may be deactivated for transfer.
- Protected entitlement data is stored outside the application folder under:
  %PROGRAMDATA%\65West Apps\AI Image Generator\Licensing
- The local numeric PIN protects access to the installed application. It is
  separate from the commercial license.

PRODUCTION LICENSING
--------------------
This release uses the same live Paddle catalog entry and product-specific
signed certificates as 65West AI Image Generator (ZT). A valid generator
license unlocks this ZT/K2 release; a license for another 65West application
does not. Activation, validation, and deactivation use the production 65West
licensing service.

INSTALLATION
------------
1. Extract the complete ZIP into a new, empty folder.
2. Accept Krea 2 model access at https://huggingface.co/krea/Krea-2-Turbo.
3. Launch 65West AI Image Generator (ZT-K2).exe.
4. Read and accept the Terms of Use when setup opens.
5. Optionally create the desktop shortcut.
6. Allow setup to install the private Python runtime, dependencies, both
official default models, and their matching VAEs (approximately 70 GB).
7. If Krea access requires configuration, run Setup_Krea2_Model_Access.bat and
   resume install.bat.
8. On first application launch, create the local numeric PIN.

The private Python runtime is installed beside the launcher under the Python
folder. Models, VAEs, LoRAs, upscalers, outputs, settings, logs, caches, PIN
data, licensing state, and generated images are not included in this package.

SUPPORT AND SAFETY
------------------
- Download releases only from an official 65West source.
- Keep models and generated images backed up separately when upgrading.
- Do not delete ProgramData licensing records when reinstalling or updating.
- Review the complete Terms of Use before distribution.

See 65West_AI_Image_Generator_Users_Guide.html for full operating guidance.
Backend update:
- Krea 2 repositories and supported standalone transformer checkpoints now use
the native Hugging Face Diffusers backend.
- ComfyUI is not included, installed, or invoked.
- Standalone external Krea 2 support in version 1.0.1 is limited to BF16
  .safetensors files. FP8 (scaled or unscaled), FP16, FP32, INT8, NVFP4, GGUF,
and .ckpt external Krea 2 files are not supported in this release.
- A standalone BF16 source checkpoint is converted once to a reusable Diffusers
cache. Optimized 16 GB mode then loads that cache as a 4-bit transformer; the
BF16 source requirement does not mean the full checkpoint remains in VRAM.
